Terms and Conditions of sale.
1. Privacy Policy
Personal Infoirmation is not shared with any third party and all information is destroyed after order is complete. We do not keep records of customers. We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We dont even have a copy of your credit card details as these are scrubbed from the reciepts we keep for the minimum required eighteen months so you are advised to keep any records of the sale.
2. Delivery Policy – delivery timeframe, delivery company we use.
Delivery is usually within three days of purchasing, however there may be some delay due to stock shortage. We we will advise you if there will be a delay. We are not responisble for strikes by The Royal Mail or Post Office. All products are sent in a plain wrapper 2nd Class standard mail where appropriate. If you want to have postage sent Special Delivery please call us for details. In the event of the product been lost in the post you will have to allow 21 days for us to investigate the matter, this is in line with The Royal Mail inverstigation service and the Distance Selling Regulations.
3. Refund / Cancelation Policy
You have the right to return the product if there is a fault with the item incuding damaged tops or leakage. You have up to delivery to cancel the product if you change your mind, but you have to pay (if sent) for return postage and a admin fee of £4.99. All good must be returned unopened and with no damage in the original packaging. This can take upto 10 working days after the product has been returned. This is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please read all the instructions on the packets and bottles before use. Always seek medical advice if you are unsure of the product purchased. Avoid alchohol and other drugs. Do not mix any products. Products may not work with some people. We are not responsible for products failing to work. Designs of products change all the time. Suppiers can withdrawl the product, if this is the case we will either offer you a refund or an alternative of the same value.
